How do I share my training with my partner or trainer?
Open the Team tab and share your household's invite code. They enter it when they sign up (or from their own Team tab) to join the same household.
How do I invite a trainer?
Same invite code. A trainer who joins can review your sessions and reply to feedback requests. If you use a trainer account yourself, use Clients → Add client to join a client's household.
How do I send a video to my trainer?
Attach a clip to a feedback request. Only clips you attach are uploaded; other videos stay on your device. Shared clips are deleted automatically after the trainer responds, or you can remove them yourself.
How do I delete my account?
Team tab → Delete account. This is permanent and also deletes any household you own for everyone in it.
I lost my training data / it looks empty.
Check that you're signed into the right account and household (Team tab shows the current account). If a red sync banner appears, tap Retry; if it persists, email us with a screenshot.
